Hugo has been osterior on the Ile de Ré for years. He works alone and has built a small corner of paradise in his garden facing the sea. It will take good care of you if you take the precaution to book in advance. We can't find eight more fresh than here...Hugo offers them live from its own production on its island sites. You will be alone in the world facing the sea and ... some eightres to enjoy with a nice little nutmeg. Whose turn?
