Great neighborhood. I just started a project in this neighborhood that should happen today at the LIC Corner Cafe. Many homemade bakeries (and Balthazar Croissants!, good coffee. I had a latte and buttermilk cheese biscuit. It offers breakfast and sandwiches and much more. The small outdoor tables are beautiful. I feel safe here, they asked a vax card, even for outside seats.
Solid little corner coffee shop that does good coffee and has some basic selections for food. It's got a friendly neighborhood vibe and the prices are reflective of that. There's a little clutter from boxes and packaging but that could just have been my visit. There are also a small selection of tables and chairs but it's more of a grab-and-go feel.
This café happened on a walk and was pleasantly surprised. Terri, one of the co-owners, is a charismatic and beautiful woman; and the cheddar Biscuit and Frittata Sandwich were AMAZING. Solid coffee. It was a wonderful place to have a bite and pick up at some reading. Really a hidden jewel.
Cosy spot for a coffee and a light bite. The Cheddarschon was soft and fresh, nicely warmed with a lubricating herbal butter. The staff was friendly and helpful.
