Limes - Table reservation

Attended last night for a Christmas Dinner function and entertainment Andy Ottley. The organisation of the event wasn't great. We had requested to sit with friends and were placed on a different table. The food was slow to arrive and some people were served their meals who arrived after us. There didn't seem to be a system to it. My food was very nice and plentiful but others complained theirs was overcooked, some said it was cold and underdone. I also think some bread on the table would have been an improvement. The air conditioning was on full blowing on top of everyone not pleasant when eating. However the staff were courteous and pleasant.

Amazing stay (Sat 21st October) the staff could not do enough for us. Lovely old fashioned type room with wood beams etc. The veggie breakfast was the best we had ever had don't change it! Great value for money too. We will be back Rooms: lovely room rustic. We had an attic room . Nearby activities: Lovely park to walk around plus great food places and pubs Walkability: Great location the town is all on the doorstep great places to eat and drink nearby . Food drinks: Lovely food

Had to change venue for a family meal due to the floods. Last minute table for 10 and the service was brilliant, only surpassed by the fantastic food. Great priced food and drink We will be back Thank you for a lovely evening Service: 5 Location: 5

Still only 2 months old in it's current incarnation, this lovely venue has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all affable and keen to help. A wonderful visit and stay, thankyou! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We had a lovely full English breakfast here this morning really tasty and a nice setting. Will return! Service: 5 Location: 5
