I last ordered from this restaurant in December, having given them a good long break after a bad experience. The Chilli Freak pizza I ordered back then was delicious however, this time around it was horrible.Firstly it took over an hour to arrive (it was 2pm so hardly a busy time Idve thought) and was barely warm on arrival. The pizza left a lot to be desired. Barely any topping, lots of dough and very very dry! Considering it was meant to be a chilli based pizza, full of jalapeños, red chillies etc. it was mild as a regular margarita! The garlic pizza sticks were so greasy I ended up throwing them in the bin. The only saving grace was the potato tots which, once microwaved, were delicious.A...
Food was waiting to be sent out the shop for 20 minutes before it left, took another 30 to arrive when the shop is only about 15 minutes away, I think it took this time because the delivery driver ate some of the food (one box came without a seal on so was quite clear), food also almost cold, staff were very rude on the phone both times I called up, we're told a new box of chicken poppers could be sent out in 30 minutes to replace the one that had clearly had some taken out of, ended up taking almost an hour to receive the replacement box. Not impressed to say the least, will definitely be using domino's for all future pizza deliveries, even an aldis own pizza would've been more satisfying.
Late second time in a row. Hour late! Ruined our birthday party for our 4 year old who was very excited but ended up in bed before the pizza arrived. Won’t be ordering again. Should’ve looked at Reviews before ordering as they’re terrible. Luke warm pizza, cold chicken, cold potato tots (had to microwave) and gave us the wrong drink. Was told ‘you’re not our only customer tonight’ when I phoned up to ask where our order was. Perfectly clear of that there mate!! maybe expand or more drivers perhaps!
We ordered for delivery 40 mins later checked tracker they had it down as collection, when we picked it up the server pretty much threw the food at me, food was ICE COLD rock hard when we got it home and very dry, they did not give us our full order and missed drinks. paid £50, will never go here again. stay away! My 6 year old eveded uo not eating dinner that night as by time this happened and was sorted it was 9pm at night.
