Came for an event that I was attending and wow oh wow. My meal, eggplant parm, was honestly not edible. Staff was soo rude, our waiter couldn't even look at me when speaking. I sat down and everyone had already had their penne vodka. I asked for one and his response was an eye roll. My bad, so sorry for asking! It sucked anyway. Def go here if you like rude staff, bad decor and subpar food. My mom was born in Italy, I know what Italian food is. This is weak italian-american at its best, but to each their own! I recently dined at Limoncello in Waldwick for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The chicken francese I ordered was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is family-owned and the staff are all very friendly. My dining companions also enjoyed their meals. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy, but that's typical when the restaurant is filled with hungry customers. Our first date night in years and we picked Limoncello and it did not disappoint. Staff was pleasant, courteous and friendly. Appetizers were Stuffed Mushrooms and Balsamic Calamari. Exceptional. I had Shrimp and Scallops, My wife had Ravioli stuffed with Spinach. Desert on the house with coffee was a great way to finish our meal. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Limoncello. I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30. The food was exceptional, I would give it a 5 rating. The service was good as well, I would rate it a 4. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, I would also give it a 4 rating. I highly recommend trying the Rigatoni Angello dish.
