We are truly disappointed and even more alarmed after our last and FINAL purchase from this Little Caesars. There have been times when items were forgotten or incorrect, which to me is not a huge problem because it gets busy and honest mistakes happen. However, there is simply no excusing our last experience, which currently has my son sick to his stomach. Horrible. The woman or man with the beard at the window is extremely rude and unprofessional. Yelling at customers to use the portal or drive thru box when I placed an online order. Never again. Plus the order is all wrong. Paid for cheese sauce and marinara sauce and didn't get it. Pizza and breadsticks like dough all undercooked and was requested well done. Wings were ok.

Twice I ordered online and they have given my food to someone else and can't find my order I've had to wait 10-15 mins after my pickup time. It's supposed to a quick thing, that's the allure of Little Caesars. No reason I should be waiting 30+ minutes.Dominos is faster than this.Unbelievable

Wife picked up two classics. Absolutely the worst two pizzas we have ever purchased. The pizza’s looked like Sundays leftovers. The cheese and sauce was a blended orange and about 1mm thick. Total Waste of money.
I got everything I ordered but the Crazy Combo [Crazy Bread Crazy Sauce wasn apos;t cooked throughly, almost raw, in the trash it went!
The Italian Cheese Bread was delicious, but I ordered three special sauces and didn’t receive them with my DoorDash order.
Hands wrong orders out. Moves slowly/ focuses on conversation over making the food. Flies everywhere in the store.
