I had the worst customer service experience ever. I felt completely disrespected! Antoine, one of the staff members, intentionally made me wait for 30 minutes just to laugh at me before I left. I reported the incident to the manager, but they didn’t seem to care at all. I was so hurt and disrespected that I couldn’t even enjoy my meal, despite not having eaten all day. I've also reached out to corporate about this issue.
This pizza place is fast, reliable, and consistently delivers great food. I usually go for the old world pepperoni pizza. This time, there was a bit less pepperoni than I’ve had in the last five or six visits, but there was still a decent amount. The taste was just as good as my previous orders.
I absolutely love the crazy puffs; they're my favorite! Every time I've ordered them, they've had that perfect puffiness. However, today they looked a bit deflated, almost like bite-sized mini puffs. I was so disappointed! I even took pictures. It really does make a difference who prepares them.
