Upon arriving at this apparently illegitimate or defunct Little Caesars location, specifically because of their current stuffed crust hot n ready advertisement, I was sadly informed by the manager on duty (the GM was n/a) they do not have any pizzas ready now and never do. He said it would cost too much to do that and that they do not. I confirmed this was a “franchised location” and the manager stated that “corporate” sends them these signs and they just put them up. I will spare you his interpretation of what “hot n ready 4-8pm” means… Nonetheless, this is clear present false advertising breach of franchisee Bad Faith Business!As a hockey person resident of Rolling Meadows I am embarrassed...
I must admit, I haven't had Little Caesars in quite a while, especially considering the sodium content in their pizzas. However, I really missed it, so I decided to indulge after a few years. I was delighted to find that it tasted just as fantastic as I remembered! As a petite woman, I can easily devour 4 to 8 slices because it's just that delicious. The dough is scrumptious, and the cheese and sauce are perfectly balanced. I also appreciate the option to have half toppings at no extra charge, which is great for sharing. Honestly, this place is far better than many independent pizzerias! I highly recommend it!
Despite the hectic dinner rush and a noticeable shortage of staff that day, the pizzas I ordered were prepared exactly as promised—hot and ready. They also send you both a text and an email once your order is placed in the "pizza portal," eliminating any wait time in the store and reducing confusion or delays. We're currently taking advantage of the slices and sticks deal, but our family enjoys switching up our orders based on the promotions, especially the free Crazy Bread on T-Mobile Tuesdays.
bad service to the public, they don't serve you, they start talking, dancing, talking to each other, playing while someone is telling them that you want to order, when they get tired of playing with each other, that's when they serve you and they do it badly , the place is dirty full of leaves and bags thrown out that end service,

I highly recommend ordering your food during the hours between lunch and dinner. However, avoid going during dinner time if you can. The restaurant only has two staff members working, which makes for a very slow experience. I genuinely feel for the employees; it's unfortunate to see them stretched so thin.
Ordered online to pick up from the pizza portal. Ordered wings and pizza, somehow came home with pizza and a cheese bread (lower in price too than the wings) with somebody else’s name on it. Even though it was in our slot that we had to open with our code. Nobody will pick up the phone when we call.
When it was about time to get my order, the worker yelled at me and I was taken a back by it. Worst service I've encountered.
