Our family placed a $5K order with their restaurant for a funeral reception. 400 BBQ mix plates were bought to serve to our guest. As we served the plates to our guest we found out quickly that the food was spoiled. The smell of the food was hard to take on. We started going through the boxes of plates. This is NOT HAWAIIAN BBQ. This is Chinese food. I came here thinking that they were LNL Hawaiian barbecue and this is not it. The food is below average. They do not have any of the island combo plates. They do not have any of the Island white fish orshrimp. This is just greasy chow mein and rice with your choice of teriyaki chicken and orange chicken ect.. They should changetheir name to Chinese food or something like that. Not Hawaiian BBQ. They don?t even have real barbecue sauce. The sauce theyhave on their chicken is so watered down it?s literally like brown water with sugar in it . I waited for 10 minutes at the front of the store as the phone rang every 2 minutes, the casheir lady kept running back to take phone orders instead of helping now 3 people waiting in person. I though in person orders would get priority but i guess nothere. For the ok quality of food they serve i would avoid this locarion all together

No indoor dining. Pick up only. Parking lot available. I telephone ordered a healthy grilled fish with loco moco. When I picked up the ordered, the grilled fish turned into fried shrimp. Loco moco patty slightly dry. Food was ok.
Honestly, I am very bummed out on how you guys undercook the meat WHEN YOU BARLEY JUST OPEN ! Had a BBQ Beef, and when eating I noticed it wasnt cooked fully and NOW I GOT STOMACH FLU ! MY WHOLE FAMILY DOES ! GREAT JOB L&L ??
