Yesterday I went through the drive through and was rushed even though I was the only one in line. I placed my order for the 8 piece family meal and I also ordered a side order of shrimp and clams. When I got to the window to pay, I used Apple Pay and thelady at the window seemed to be annoyed because the Face ID didn?t catch because she was holding the machine too high up.Eventually the payment went through and she handed me my order. I waited a few seconds and she said ?that?s all mam that?s all ?so I thought everything was in my order. I got home and she left out the shrimp and clams (I hope she enjoyed them) And thefries were cold as they always are at this particular long John restaurant...
This was the worst Long John's food I've ever had. The place was clean and the register attendant was ok but the fish and crumbs tasted horrible, they don't do corn there, the hush puppies were cold and there was a horrible after taste after each bite. I didn't even finish the food and I was very hungry.
Had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier I interacted with was rude, and overall, the staff showed poor customer service. The fountain drinks tasted strange, suggesting the dispenser needs a thorough cleaning and the syrup box should be replaced. I would not recommend this location.
Every time that we order on the drive-through there?s always something missing for example You can see on the receipt what it should have didn?t get enough frenchfries on either orders and no hush puppies As you can see on the pictures

I went to Long John Silvers and the food was awesome. I ate the fried fish and shrimp platter. The hush puppies were warm and the fish/shrimp were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent.
I usually like this place but today wasn?t it. I don?t know if it was because it was 5?oclock or something but the food was horrible ???? Both hush puppies were hard as rock , and fries were so old and soggy
Every time I go to this restaurant, my order is consistently wrong, and something is often missing. It's a good idea to double-check everything before you leave.
I'm here for one reason, I love the classic hard shelled tacos....that's it.....I love em with hot sauce...
