Today I visited Lucille's a place that I personally like very much. I must say that it was quite a disappointing experience. Waiting time was over an hour on Monday with many empty tables; the food took too long. The waiter never removed the startersand when the food finally arrived; the ribs were not cut and somewhat cold. The waiter had a very bad look on his nails. Andthey charged me twice the dish I ordered. And they give and charge me for extra slide that I never ordered. They never took thedishes and rubbish from the table. Unfortunately for me this bad experience, this place is delicious but I have to tape them sothat it doesn't happen to them
I was disappointed with my experience at Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ in Torrance. The food was subpar, and the service was incredibly slow, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy at all that night. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. In contrast, I really enjoy the Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ in Long Beach—great food, excellent service, and it's always lively there. Unfortunately, the Torrance location just doesn't meet the standards set by its Long Beach counterpart.
I've had really good BBQ all over the country, this was not one of those. The brisket was woefully undercooked (it's not supposed to be tough and chewy). The ribs were undercooked and under-seasoned (also chewy and refused to pull from the bone;sauce was decent, but no rub). The chicken was dry and lacked any flavor. Overall, I had a hard time finding any kind of smokeflavor in the meal. Mashed potatoes and biscuits were good. I would recommend getting something other than the BBQ.
I haven't been here in forever.. definitely kept all the good features with just enough updates. The wait staff seemed busy but not overwhelmed. Very prompt and professional. The signature drinks were good. I find most to be a bit on the sweet side, butnope! I had their version on the Spicy Chicken sandwich, full of flavor but could use a bit more kick to live up to the name.Overall 5 stars. A recommendation after doing your mall shopping rounds

Delicious food and trust me I'm a fat boy at heart so I know BBQ especially Texas Que'. A must try!! The only issue was a confusion with the server and my bill but other than that amazingly delicious food. Coming back for sure!
Great service! Everyone kept coming by and checking up on us. We didn't even need to ask for refills, they automatically come by and fill us up. And best part is they provide hot towels now for when we are done.
We have visited Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ several times before, but this was our first experience at this particular location. The service was outstanding, and our waitress, Lissa, was wonderful.
