We came tonight for the first time. I'll start with the negative: already (bad start) more pork nests, at 8:00. It can happen, of course, but having come on purpose for that, a little disappointed. Besides the incompetence of the servers (they don't know the map!), the endless waiting and several mistakes in the allocation of the dishes, the food is fade and rude. My nems arrived accompanied by a salad sheet with dubious white tasks and a brown and fanned mint. my vegetables jumped, cut roughly I was served in a clear and tasteless sauce. My friend saw himself serving a sad and fad Thai soup that had nothing to envy to frozen lavasses. the evening was saved from the total disaster by the humour of the server (they seem to change, often, according to "a regular") who spent his time apologizing to all the tables on the terrace. we were almost 2 weeks in france and this restaurant was one of the best we had. I had pork with caramel sauce and it was delicious. next time in troyes, we come back to this restaurant and try something else. love carrot flowers.
