Throughout the past few years I've ordered from this store many times. I always seem to have th exact same issue with them. I order the vegan strawberry banana ice cream then the store gets ahold of me to say they don't carry that flavor then I call customer service to inquire and they tell that they should have all they need to make it and should make it then the store calls me the next day to say it's made for me. I don't understand why you offer an option if you don't want to make it or why it's such a big deal. I'm over trying with this store.
Do not go here if you have severe dairy allergies or are really vegan. They take in no precautions for you safety or considerations for your dietary preferences and still cross-contaminate the ice cream with dirty scoopers. Prices weren’t bad, but my experience, and the way it was handled allows me to confidently say I will never go back.
The prices are exorbitant. I bought a birthday cake from here before and it was good, but I recently purchased a cheesecake and it melted just a day later. I will definitely not be returning to this place; it was a complete waste of money.
Ice cream was good. Customer service wasn't. It was our first time there and staff were rolling their eyes and annoyed because we didn't know what we wanted there was no one else in store, they didn't offer any info

This place offers excellent cakes and ice creams. I purchased a cake last week, and it was truly fantastic. The staff here is incredibly warm and friendly.
Pretty good place. The staff are amazing, the manager is clueless and defensive with customers so dont bother to complain. A good variety of vegan options
Probably the favorite ice cream place in Prince George. No matter a cone, waffle bowl or maybe even an ice cream cake. Amazing!
