Ordered 5 pizzas and 2 salads for our son to pick up. They only gave him 3 pizzas. When we called after he got home they said oh yea they are right here. We forgot to give them to him. When we asked if they could deliver them they said no we are too busy. Iwent to the store to pick up the rest of our order I asked for the managers contact information. I placed an order through their app at 8:58 PM for pickup, and was informed it would be ready by 10:01 PM. I thought that was a bit long, considering their stated hours are until 11:00 PM, but I didn’t have a problem with it at first. About ten minutes later, I received a phone call from an employee who rather rudely informed me that they were not accepting any orders because it was Halloween. This left us scrambling for alternative dinner options.
As we drove by, we noticed the restaurant. Were they overwhelmed? Not at all. Were they open? Yes! It seemed like the employees simply didn’t want to process my order. In my experience, alienating regular customers is a dangerous game in the food...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The prices displayed on the signs were misleading, as I was charged a different amount. When I inquired about the $15 charge for a small pizza, the staff member informed me that the sign hadn’t been updated. I mentioned that customers should be notified of any price changes before ordering, but they were unhelpful and did not address my concerns. In general, the service was rude and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I advise others to avoid this place as well.
Super disappointed. I placed a delivery order, was told I had to wait an hour for the delivery driver to come in. Fine, I guess I'll have to wait since I am tied to my desk. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, and was charged extra for cheese. Asked forlettuce and pickles, got pineapples. 12 sub, chips and a drink took an hour, and cost $21. The sandwich was mostly bread, andwas toasted which I did not request. The top of the soda cap was filthy and had black crud all in between the white lines on thecap. Never again.

I had a footlong steak sub and some incredible pizza, both of which were fantastic. I enjoyed them so much last Friday that I went back on Sunday for another steak sub. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock due to a delivery issue, which was disappointing. Instead, I opted for the chicken club, and it was really good! I asked for no mayo and no tomatoes, but I missed the banana peppers, which would have made it even better. Overall, the food was excellent!
After this, he repeatedly called my phone until I answered, and then he started yelling that I was banned from the restaurant. I hung up again. I initially chose this place for convenience, but the way I was treated was simply not worth it.
The pizza we ordered, topped with beef and mushrooms, was ready in just 10 minutes. I really enjoyed the crust and the beef, but it was clear that the mushrooms were canned or jarred. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
The customer service here is fantastic and friendly. The quality and portion size of the food are absolutely worth the price. Marcos is the best pizza place, and it's very clean as well.

The pizza is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff often seems annoyed that you're there, even if it's just for takeout.
