Intimate dining area serving your staple Japanese dishes including platters, Bento boxes, stir fry and more.Service was good however I believe they're a bit understaffed. There was only one server in the dining room and sometimes another lady comes out but the restaurant was full and she also had to deal with take out and delivery orders so my food came a bit slow and also a sake forgotten.Their menu doesn't specify what's in some platters especially the premium dishes so I had to ask. I’ve been to a few sushi spots around town and today I checked out this one and I am pleased to say that it is a great location with plenty of options and photos in their menu so you can easily identify what you’d like. The location was a little tricky to get to because it was hidden within the plaza but once you know that it’s very easy to get to. It was pretty quiet, and the environment was extremely clean.I would recommend them to others
I've ordered delivery from this place a few times but, ordered for pick up 2 days ago and came in with my son. The environment is very clean and welcoming space. It's quiet, but not too quiet. A very sweet lady who works there gave my son an apple juice which was really kind. We ordered the volcano roll, spicy salmon, spicy tuna and dynamite roll and it was really tasty. Food tastes fresh and purchased a bottle of their saki, too.
One of the best sushi places in Markham! Great value and above average but relative to other choices in the area... it's there with the best. 5% discount for cash payment!Its located on the east end so it's a bit of a drive for those living on the other side of Markham. Wait times can be quite long on the weekends and friday nights so make sure to call ahead. Hidden inside a old covered plaza, it's very unassuming.

Korean-operated Japanese restaurant, with some Korean selections as well. The Bento boxes seem to be the best deal at $25 during dinner. I believe they charged me $5 for a tea, which should be free at an Asian restaurant.The sushi quality is fine, but I would recommend Osaka and Gal's over them. Worth a try if you're in the area. The restaurant is a bit hidden from view when driving on Highway 7.
Very average: quality of fish was good, udon was a little small, and could have better potions for the price (overall, not too shabby). Not my #1 place to go for sushi, but they have a lit of vegetarian options catering to my guest! Service was very quick, and did not have to wait long at all.
Really enjoyed the food here! We had the 56 pc sushi sashimi platter, takoyaki, karagge chicken, buttered squid, shrimp tempura and hot sake. Everything was a 10/10. Service was fast efficient and price was very reasonable for the quality of food and compared to other similar spots.
Wonderful service, excellent and fresh fish. The house salad sauce was very tasty, green tea authentic and fresh steeped, and rolls properly sized and cut perfectly. The sashimi platter we had was lovely, as was the ambience. Wish it was closer to home. We'd be regulars.

Small hole-in-the-wall sushi restaurant in Markham. It is very small and cozy inside.We tried their lunch combos which includes miso soup and salad. You can choose from a set sashimi, sushi, maki, and cooked meats combo or build your own with the rolls you like.
The outside appearance might not look much but man... is a sushi and service good. You can tell the owners are genuine and want to make sure you enjoy your food.
