As a matcha lover, I love its strong taste, especially when it comes to soft serve. Nowadays, it's hard to find matcha soft serve that is strong in matcha flavor without the cream or vanilla getting in the way but this place got the strong matcha quality on lock. Many people complain about the bitterness of the matcha but I honestly love matcha that isn't too sweet or too watered down and this is where to get just that. Loooove everything on the menu for this place. It's sweet, but not too sweet. Really refreshing, especially on a hot day. You can't go wrong with any of their shaved iced, sundaes, soft serve, or drinks. The line gets pretty long some days and the place is small with limited seating, which is shared amongst other stores in the plaza. The day my friend and I went, it looked like there was only two people working and food and drinks took forever... we probably waited almost 20 minutes for a drink and soft serve and going back to not being able to find a seat for about 15 minutes, our desserts were starting to melt already, so I recommend finding a seat first and having someone order inside.
Tried their iced matcha latte and it was literally a cup of milk with a light shade of green. For a cafe that promotes “premium matcha” I was very disappointed. For someone who has had hundreds of matcha lattes, this was by far the worst experience ever. After asking them to add more matcha to compensate for the cup of milk I received, the worker took out ice and it seemed like she just added more milk. My boyfriend was frustrated as well and asked to replace it with the soft serve ice cream since the matcha flavor was more prominent. The worker refused to add toppings to my soft serve so it can equal the same amount I paid for a large cup of milk. I wish I could give this place a 0/10.
This matcha soft serve is fantastic! The matcha flavor is robust, allowing you to savor the slight bitterness of the tea, which I personally enjoy. The texture is great, and it's not overly sweet. It’s a definite improvement over typical green tea ice cream, although I would appreciate a touch more creaminess. The waffle cone was delightful as well. I can't wait to return and explore their other offerings!

I had a craving for Nana's green tea, but unfortunately, they only have locations in Seattle and Vancouver. This was the closest option I could find, as it offers soft serve. The matcha flavor was excellent—not too bitter—and the selection was nice. However, the red bean was slightly undercooked. I ended up paying about $9 for a cup of soft serve matcha ice cream with red bean.
The matcha is amazing, but the owner is lacking in customer service and was quite rude. We typically spent around $30-40 during our visits for the gold-flaked matcha and a variety of ice creams for the kids. Customers come to dessert shops for the experience, not just the product. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning because of this.
This was my first visit to this location, and it was fantastic! One of my favorite matcha spots just opened, and their matcha ice cream was amazing. They use premium matcha, which has a rich and intense flavor—it’s perfect for matcha lovers like me! I highly recommend it!
I absolutely adore this restaurant! My sister and I both enjoy everything they offer—it's incredibly delicious! The staff is really friendly, too. Even though it’s quite a drive from my home, it’s definitely worth it!

I absolutely adore anything matcha green tea! Their matcha green tea soft serve is a favorite of mine. They even offer free cones! I chose to have my soft serve matcha green tea in a cup.
True matcha taste. Closest to Japanese matcha. The soft serve reminds me of hiking up a hill in Kyoto and finding a small matcha ice cream shop near the top.
