The fries are always excessively salty, and you can bet something will be incorrect in your order. You might receive a medium fry when you ordered a large, or get 9 nuggets instead of 10.

I did drive thru. Ordered steak egg cheese bagel without breakfast sauce. I pulled up to window and someone was complaining about no sauce. I had to pull into space and wait. I took sandwich home and found bagel not toasted steak less than half the size of what I have always gotten before. Steak was dry no onion or anything. Paid 7.50 for it. NEVER again. I used to love McDonald's but I guess time to go to competition. I loved the fish sandwich too but I read where they snuck a change on us. Made it smaller. They had already cut to half a piece of cheese. What now a quarter piece of cheese.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I’ve ever visited. I’ve been there around six times, and each visit has had mistakes with my order. I’ve also witnessed other customers experiencing problems simultaneously. The management at this McDonald’s clearly needs either to be replaced or thoroughly retrained. Honestly, I’m surprised this location has a 3.3-star rating—it makes me wonder if the reviews are being artificially inflated.

Order 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large frozen coke. Riley took my money for the order. I go to the second window yo be yold there's no frozen coke would you like a refund witch Riley threw the money at my cousin ignoring my cousin saying have agreat Night. Very rude and disrespectful
I didn’t receive my full order and was told it would be delivered. After waiting over 45 minutes, I was informed that a credit had been applied to my account for the missing items. There was no communication throughout the process.
Terrible service. We waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru window after paying, and we were the only customers there. The staff just sipped on their frappes and completely ignored us while we waited.
We ordered milkshakes but received fruit smoothies instead. They were awful and had to be thrown away. DoorDash is refunding me, but we still haven’t gotten our milkshakes.

The service was incredibly fast; I was in and out in just five minutes. The restrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen!
