Terrible experience. Upon entering, I was greeted by a foul smell reminiscent of stale urine. The English muffin I ordered was as hard as a rock. When I requested a replacement, the manager squeezed it a few times and then abruptly took it from my hand. The atmosphere was unpleasant, featuring loud trap music and personal conversations filled with excessive profanity, despite it being only 6 AM. Other customers were kept waiting far too long for their orders. The restroom was in a shocking state, filthy with what appeared to be feces on the walls of the stalls. Awful. We waited at the window for 10 minutes and no one asked us for the order. We had just saw the car before us order and. It was only 9pm. Finally, drove around and waited another 15 minutes to get to window. 4 cars were before me. I asked the guy was the speaker working and did he see us at the intercom trying to order. He said they were backed up and his manager told him to slow down on the orders. When I placed the order, the 4 cars that were before me got their food and were gone. Did not make any sense. He should have said there would be a wait opposed to saying nothing. I will not be going back to that location and probably no location for a while.
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's and would give it zero stars if possible. Although the building has been nicely renovated, the staff clearly need improvement. On both visits, the dining area was locked at 3 PM. I even saw an employee standing by the door, messing with the keys. When I asked if the dining room was open, she said she was about to open it but then stood there for another five minutes without doing anything. I eventually decided to leave. As usual, the drive-thru line was extremely long and moved painfully slow. The employees appeared uninterested and indifferent. I won’t be coming back to this location.
This McDonald's sets itself apart from others in the area for all the right reasons. The staff are incredibly polite, which is a delightful surprise! The food was served hot and arrived swiftly. I was impressed to see the cashier taking the initiative to sweep the floor and restock the drink station when there were no customers in line. Furthermore, the dining area was clean and well-kept. If you're craving fast food, I highly recommend stopping by here — you won't be disappointed!

I waited at the counter for 15 minutes before receiving any assistance. The staff were rude and seemed untrained in McDonald's offerings. When I requested the 50 nuggets for $10, which I've ordered there previously, the cashier told me they didn't have it and seemed offended that I even asked. Although this location is just half a mile from my house, I won't be returning. It's clear why they're handing out coupons—nobody wants to be treated poorly just to buy some chicken nuggets.
This McDonald's really needs to close down. Unfortunately, it stays open because of the customers it still attracts. The customer service is poor and the food quality is lacking. The only upside is its convenience—it's close to home and affordable. However, the employees seem indifferent every time I'm there. Today is my last day spending money here. At first, they told us that they only had a drive-thru, which was okay with us. I got in line and placed my order, but after quite a wait, when I finally reached the window, I found a car in front of me that had been waiting for at least 30 minutes. They were told that their order was still not ready. Meanwhile, everyone else behind us was able to pick up their orders without any problems. This is just unacceptable. I will never come back.
