The manager on duty on this day at 4:08 was very rude and dismissive when I ask for service she rudely told me I was on the wrong line when the line was originally where I was standing she had no issue’s serving other guess but when it came to service me she denied my service,an employee was able to help me after over hearing the incident,non the less was very unprofessional of that manager,employee that attended me deserves a 5 stars if it wasn’t for her manager
I visited this McDonald's at 10:50 PM, and the person ahead of me was informed that the register was closed and they couldn't serve food. However, when another customer walked in, they served him without issue. I pointed out that their closing time was 11:00 PM, not 10:50 PM, but the staff member didn't seem to care and insisted the register was closed. I will definitely not be returning to this McDonald's again! Extremely disappointing behavior.
I placed my order using the electronic kiosk and received a receipt with a number that allowed me to track the status of my order on the monitor. My order was accurate and fresh. The only issue I encountered was when I requested ketchup; the employee I asked didn't seem to understand me, likely due to a language barrier. The self-serve beverage area was a bit chaotic and could use some organization, but overall, my experience was positive.
The tables are often dirty, and there aren't many seats available. The self-service kiosks are frequently out of order, making the experience frustrating. It's usually crowded, resulting in long wait times. I would recommend avoiding this establishment and trying another nearby option. The chicken sandwiches are quite dry and lacking in flavor. Located inside Walmart, this restaurant offers quick service and has seating available for customers. However, it does not have a drive-thru.
The dining area got completely renovated. It looks completely different. The cashier was friendly and accommodating.
Over all it was good. I know it’s in the Walmart but they should have more on the menu like other location. Book a table now
