Quiet Tuesday morning. Ordered through app. Ordered the happy meal with the Halloween pail with nuggets.. they have my kid a burger with chewy bun instead but they made it up by giving the nuggets after we told them the mistake. Fries was good. Honest apple juice was 42% juice, maybe should have gotten OJ instead. My kid didnt like the apple slices, maybe too sour for her taste. I had a crispy chicken sandwich with 2 tiny tomatoes slices and 2 pieces of chicken that did not stay in the burger. Maybe there was too much mayonnaise. Overall food was lacking.
This is easily the worst and most poorly managed McDonald's I have ever visited. They are frequently out of various items, whether it's drinks, food, or Happy Meal toys. The ice cream machine has been broken for months. The drive-thru staff is overly aggressive and unfriendly, and if they happen to get your order wrong, they'll somehow make it feel like it's your fault. Update: McDonald's, please consider shutting down this location. It seems to be staffed entirely by unqualified individuals.
This location consistently fails to follow order instructions. I specifically requested the removal of pickles from all the sandwiches and selected three types of sauces, but none of my requests were honored. All the sandwiches came with pickles, and there were no sauces at all. I'm extremely disappointed! I won't be ordering from them again. I've given them four chances, but that's it—never again.
To many people work there who can't read, comprehend or write English. Twice I have ordered from them through Grun Hub. Order is extremely expensive but, That is Grubhub for you. However,These people Never gets the orders right. They left things out and gave me completely wrong sandwiches. Just terrible.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Rudest drive through and they don't have any drinks. I only was able to get an iced coffee which felt room temperature not iced! It literally tasted like milk and sugar mixed in room temperature water. I am not sure how this mcdonald still exists!
They don't even mix the Oreo mcflurry over here. The guy literally put the soft serve in the cup and some Oreo crumbs and hands it to me. They obviously don't train the employees on the products they sell. I went to another employee and after explaining had them mix it up for me.
Terrible service. They only offer drive-through service. The drink options were limited to just iced tea or coffee, and they tossed your food onto the pickup counter as if you were expected to already know it was yours.
I've never been grossed out at a McDonald's before, but seeing a fly strip hanging right above the pickup counters made me want to leave without my food.
