The staff, including management, was rude. They got my order wrong, and when I couldn't pick up the food, they refused to give me a refund. I explained that it was a hot day and I was leaving town, so I couldn't keep the food in my car overnight. I was disappointed with their service and will not be returning. After sharing my experience with others, they also decided not to visit that restaurant. It's a shame I had to waste my money like that. I wish I could give them zero stars. The manager, the woman I spoke with, should be fired if McDonald's wants to keep their customers.
Today the 31st juli 2022 was my first visit to this McDonald’s. I gave him a 5 stars because it was clean, the meal was hot and imaginable, while the staff and cash was polite and courteous. to supplement the service she told me to sit to serve because I was immersed. they also have a play pencil for children. I also observed how spacious it was for a party or small group. although smiles are part of the experience and the cashier has not offered that it has not yet taken away from the entire presentation. great work!
Food was ok, but it took them a long time to bring it out (I was about to go inside to ask for it). Also, they have raised prices on each of the items I bought so that led to a significant increase in the price paid for a recurring order. One good note: the waiting period has decreased for the time you must wait before using another deal even though the advantages of using certain deal has been offset by the price increases.
The person taking my order at the cash register was extremely impolite. I ordered a Big Mac meal, but only received the Big Mac. I also paid for a large fry and drink, but when I received my order, the fry was only a medium size. I had to wait for the large drink as well. This location's lack of professionalism was disappointing.

these places would be so much tolerable if the customer service was not so terrible. a few employees are now and then helpful, but for the biggest part the customer service is missing here. I don't owe them if they make the best of a ham sandwich.
The late night staff is terrible, outside of hearing them complain about my car as they, jammed to their music.They also got my order wrong, I usually avoid McD's but I gave it a shot....suspicions reaffirmed.
My grandchildren really enjoy eating here and the price is affordable for me. It's great to be able to bring all 8 of them to and from church. This is our special time together.
Do not come here after 7pm. Takes 30mins just to use the drive-thru. Honestly, you’re better going to the McDonald’s on 167th because the line moves faster.

Shut down at 10pm with a drive thru full of people. Just turned off all the outdoor lights and told people (when they got to the speaker) we're closed
The service is terrible waiting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes they getting orders mixed up unprofessional staff very unprofessional
