Ich habe es seit Jahren immer wieder probiert, aber leider ändert sich nichts an der schlechten Qualität bei dieser Filiale. Es wurde kalt geliefert, wenn man nicht sofort kontrolliert, fehlen bei einer größeren Bestellung (zum Mitnehmen) „viele Sachen“, Gerade heute hatte ich einen Mc Rib OHNE SOSSE. Ich habe bereits an Mc Donald Deutschland geschrieben, das der Franchisepartner in Remagen im Vergleich zu ganz vielen anderen so schlecht abschneidet, das er eigentlich geschlossen werden sollte. Wenn man mal die Preise zu einem Restaurant vergleicht, liegt man dort auch viel höher. Ich werde diese Filiale nicht mehr besuchen und natürlich auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen. Three orders of fries were missing from the bag. Not surprising, especially since the woman at the fries station was swearing loudly and didn 't seem particularly happy with her job. Update 10/24/25: Gave it another try. Result: Two large fries and a McChicken were missing. And this was a given. There were five employees behind the counter, at least three of whom seemed completely clueless. Incredibly incompetent staff. Never again Remagen!
Overall, this McDonald's looked very unkempt. Burger wrappers and receipts were lying on the floor, the tables weren't clean, and everything was sticky. We left without ordering or eating anything. The atmosphere wasn't very family-friendly. There was no play area and no high chairs for babies or toddlers.
Extremely long wait times; ordering at the terminal rarely works. Waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru is now standard practice and no longer an exception. Employees barely speak German. App orders are deleted when you arrive at the location, and you have to reorder everything.

I have rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's; the staff can barely keep up with the small number of customers, everything is very disorganized.
Unfortunately, the food was cold. The wrap was also smaller than at other locations in this chain. I don't recommend it.
