After my visit to McDonald's tonight, I feel that even 1 star is too generous! We waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the order box. At the payment window, we were told the wrong amount, then asked to repeat our order. Even after showing my receipt, they still got the order wrong! I stopped going to this McDonald's cause they are either unconvienetly closed, always slow and cant ever seem to get food right. I went today cause I didn't wanna pass my house to go to my normal location..I just don't understand how you'd really serve thisbiscuit size piece on a burnt bun to someone as ur crispy chicken sand. It and the fries were over cooked, no salt anywhere onthe fries..and I waited almost 20 mins.. over it..
I ordered through the drive-thru, and everything looked fine on the screen. However, when I got my food, it was a total mess. I specifically requested no cheese and light sauce, but instead, I received cheese and way too much sauce all over my bread. It was a frustrating experience since they clearly didn't take the time to review the order correctly. I have no intention of going back to this restaurant.

I had an unsettling experience at McDonald's yesterday after 9 PM when my credit card information was stolen. Someone tried to make an online purchase of $333.41 at Kurt Geiger, but thankfully it was declined due to insufficient funds. I have a mcdonalds that I live closer to, but I always come to this one, because they always get my orders correct and the food is always hot and fresh. The staff appeared unenthusiastic. I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe tonight, but they gave me a plain cheeseburger instead, which I only noticed after I got home. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but couldn’t get through at all.
I will not be going back to this McDonald's. I arrived at 5:00, but my order wasn’t ready until 5:15. In the end, I left without my food. I have the evidence to back this up, but that’s okay. I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

This is by far the best McDonald's I have ever ate at the staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. I love it so much that I'm coming all the way from the south side every week just to have breakfast here with my girlfriend.
