So, i am also a McDonald’s manager at a different store and I didn’t knew that McDonald’s doesn’t either crispy or grilled after 11 coz I don’t have that procedures at our restaurant. It is clear that this McDonald’s are pissing off soo many customers if they’re saying they don’t have it. You stand there in the DT for 15 min just to get to know that they don’t have the menu items available. As a manager myself, i think we should know how important guest experience is for us and you guys are scoring 0 in that. I hope you change that in your restaurant
This location is absolute garbage. The women who made my ice cream cone… can’t even make it to save her life. And this not me exaggerating. This is the absolute truth. It was frugal. It’s disgusting. I told her this is not the right portion. And her response was I did this for 7 years. And I visited Mac Donald’s for ice cream 20 years straight. Who is right? The customer who is paying for the food for 20 years or the worker who does want to work properly? Disgusting. Don’t go to this location.
The person taking orders at this restaurant seems to struggle with getting them right. I witnessed a customer before me request no cheese and no egg on their relative's dish, but it arrived with those allergy-causing ingredients anyway. When I ordered 2 brownie cookies, I instead received 2 chocolate chip cookies. I didn't feel up to returning them. On a positive note, the manager and the rest of the staff were efficient and excellent.
It was so dirty on most of the tables in the restaurant. One of the employees tried to disregard my order, ignore the mobile code and serve other customers instead. I just wanted to enjoy a late night snack with my mom and brother here, and there was a toddler screaming off the top of his lungs, but neither a manager nor a supervisor did anything about it. I don't recommend this location.

Restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleared or cleaned. Washroom was disgusting. Staff was unfocused when taking our order..ordered 2 combos received 1, but was very happy to charge for 2 drinks.?? 2 seperate orders but still he made that mistake. Several families came in during our visit but left after they saw the mess. Very disappointing ?
The drive through service is very poor, with long wait times to pick up food. Some of the cashiers could use more training in counting coins and math. However, there is a nice kids play area for children to enjoy while eating.
The staff go out of the way to make kids happy. Freebies from past promotions, ice cream made by mistake, etc. They give them to kids who come in, a wonderful touch that costs them nothing, but does wonders for the customers.
This restaurant will be closed for renovations from October 2-21. The Drive-Thru will reopen on October 21, and a new dining room will reopen on November 7.

The fries and vanilla ice cream always draw me to any McD outlet that I come across.Can't have enough of them!
Very consistent service and food quality.Very busy at times, so getting food may require a bit of wait.
