What a waste of time... ????Pulled in to MD decided to go in side to order thinking it would be faster. Wrong... Three in line two waiting for there food, drive thru buzzing buy count 20 orders only one person behind the counter but three at the drive thru? Left after 5 min! What a terrible way to run a counter, they really only care about the drive thru. Stopped by Arby's ordered a great double Ruben left in less than three min and a great sandwich????

I'm really happy that they're open again, but they need to double-check the orders before sending them out from the grill kitchen. My receipt clearly states NO PICKLES, yet both sandwiches had them! I always specify no pickles and no onions on both burgers because I'm not a fan of McDonald's pickles. I could have addressed it again, but I was on my way to work and the line was pretty long. Aside from this mistake, everything else was fine.
in the right lane we were ignored when we moved up a few minutes, while 2 customers in a row that came to us were helped in the left lane. this McDonald’s makes her always wait for her to eat, something lacks from our order every time, and the bungalows are always so hard and stale on the mcdoubles.
Went thru drive thru. Food Was great, fries hot. Mens room clean and stocked. However ordered a double quarter pounder no onions. Got a messy single quarter with onions.,... Service was great...... So I just delt with it and picked them off.....
This Alex-Bell location next to Meijer is typical, they screw your order up every 3rd order, so you MUST check before you pull away. Book a table now
