So I have a friend that works there and I had to ask him because this is like 8th time this happened every time I order through the drive thru they always forget to give me something that I order and pay for and I have to check my bag every single time andI feel like it’s on purpose but anyways he said that some of the employees do that so they can get free food like take ithome or eat it on lunch or whatever I was like are you serious I can’t believe they would actually do that I mean we pay forare food and your eating it I don’t get it shame on your employees that are doing this!!!!!!!!
Serious bad attitudes and constantly giving us wrong items. The last time I was there I ordered 2 McChickens. When we got home the 2 McChickens had bacon. I immediately called their store to complain because my son is allergic to pork and would havegotten an allergic reaction if he had taken a bite. The person I spoke to on the phone offered replacements but I never wentback. I understand they may be understaffed but someone has to oversee their service.
The food is always cold. I enjoy McDonald's once in awhile. I've been very disappointed. The food items are barely warm. As a retired culinary instructor, this is actually a food safety violation. This is a management issue that this is a managementissue or a servsafe issue that needs to be visited one more time. They need to serve hot foods hot and cold foods cold. ThisHercules Branch can do much better.
I've been experiencing consistent problems with the fries at McDonald's—either they're old and cold or undercooked. They also often don't follow instructions for removing ingredients from my order. The quality has noticeably declined over the past few months.

I really love the Quarter Pounder with cheese at this place. The fries are consistently hot and fresh. The kids' meals are great, and the service is fast and friendly. My favorite is the Big Breakfast with a muffin and hotcake on Sunday mornings.
Store was closed at 6pm even though their hours of operation is until 11pm. the drive thru was open with long line. Short staffed and pandemic has been their excuse for 3 friggin years. Terrible management and very incompetent employees.
I wish they would get *French Vanilla Creamer* for their coffee. Might as well just get black coffee here their creamer is light.. besides that their BuyOneGetOne deal is great for breakfast especially when your buying for coworkers :
This is the cleanest McDonald's I've visited in the Bay Area. It's great to enjoy a Big Mac that's perfectly layered, not all uneven. The staff is quick, friendly, and accommodating.

The delivery was fast and the driver was polite. However, the fries were cold upon arrival, suggesting they might have been prepared some time ago.
This is the third time they've overlooked my soda order, and they also forgot the bottled water that came with the kids' meal.
