We ordered at the self-service kiosk, but after waiting for 25 minutes, we went to the counter to inquire about our order. Unfortunately, our order had been lost in their system. The staff member we spoke to was very rude and unapologetic, telling us we would have to wait despite the mistake. When my partner addressed her attitude, she simply walked away. The manager and another staff member were also rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty, especially considering it was still breakfast hours. It's best to avoid this place as they clearly do not care about their customers. Save your money and support businesses that deserve it. If the visible areas are that unkempt, who knows what...
