On October 13, 2023, I was charged for a milkshake even though the shake machine was not working. The staff were unprofessional and had a negative attitude when I addressed the issue. I requested to speak with the manager, who also displayed unprofessional behavior. I wanted to exchange the milkshake for a different item of equal value, but they provided very little assistance or help in resolving the situation.
The staff on the morning of 4/17/22 were rude. I had to ask for my order and was then told to use a kiosk. Another customer was in charge and no one was helping. A employee just stared at me while enjoying a cookie. However, aside from the staff, the restaurant is a decent place.
The customer service on the phone was terrible and when I asked to speak to the manager, they hung up on me. This restaurant is incredibly unprofessional and having worked in the food industry before, I know it's not that difficult to provide good service.
Very fast and friendly service. Clean, accurate.... but I see you McDonalds.... with your smaller mcgriddles.... and eventually smaller egg, and sausage.... I see you setting us up for disappointment.... but still... very good. Book a table now
The restaurant is located in an area with heavy traffic due to the nearby truck stop, which unfortunately reflects in the quality of the food. Here is what I ordered around 5pm on a Monday night.
2nd time I've gone there and they were either closed or they had issues with the register.
