On a sunny Sunday afternoon during the COVID pandemic, we ordered Filet-O-Fish meals at the drive-thru. We saw many others enjoying their meals in their cars as well. The sandwich and fries were delicious while still warm, but unfortunately, the restaurant staff forgot to include ketchup and napkins in the bag.
I'm not sure why I returned today after my previous experiences. The fries were cold, stale, and some even burnt. I just wanted fries! Ended up leaving with soggy, unpleasant fries. The food consistently seems to be served cold. Very disappointing. It feels like there’s no quality control at all here.
Nowadays, everything is self-automated with minimal human interaction. The atmosphere was unremarkable, and the food was satisfactory for my needs—quick and ready to go.

The standout items at McDonald's are the fries and milkshakes. The fries are particularly tasty when they're fresh and hot, and I truly enjoy the milkshake.
What can I say? McDonald's is just McDonald's. The only difference between locations is the service, and the service at this one was exceptional.
