One of the worst experiences I’ve had and believe me I’ve tried to think of some good points but struggled. It’s recently been renovated so thought it would be quicker, I was wrong, the woman on the intercom had a bad attitude when talking, the order was completely wrong and cold so after reaching home and realising went back to complain, the young lad on the till didn’t care and took it to get redone, we didn’t receive any apology or anything and it truly seemed like they didn’t care... the food was still cold when we checked everything.
Once again mcdonald's has not fulfilled their food. Got a triple burger and the ingredients inside the burger was missing. Got a takeaway so I could not check until I got home. Catterick mcdonalds living up to the name. Where do they get their employees from.
I visited McDonalds to get children's takeaway meals only as that evening the adults were eating out at d'Antonio's up the hill. It was clean and inviting inside and service was quick. The food was standard McDonalds and not worthy of note.
I wrongly assumed that following the refit service would improve but it’s even slower if that’s possible. Will someone with management experience please sort this place out the service is still dire.

Poor customer service. Don't go here. Only went once after several months as everything was closed. Backbiting customers, rude staff, nasty plastic food.
Instead of making my food 2 of the employees were spinning a tray on their fingers honestly disgraceful I am not happy in the slightest
Horrible chips doesn't even taste of potato always bloody cold on and off with this place never give me the right sauces I want
