this place is absoulutly terrible they got my order wrong and refused to make it right and thry wouldnt give my money back. Phil was absoultly disgusting to these teens they asked how he was and he instantly kicked them out it is an outrage how disgusting this place is. The tables where minging they had chips and grease left over from the previous people who were eating there. I had to take my food out that is how disgusting the higene was. I would rather there being a kfc there instead of this disgusting little excuse of a dining area.
I went to get some late-night snacks after the game. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but I patiently waited for my two burgers. I noticed that people who had ordered after me were getting their food before me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked the young woman at the counter to check on my order. She told me that everything is cooked to order at that time of night and that my food was on its way. Finally, after 35 minutes, I received my two average burgers. Not very fast for fast food.
Wow what a dirty McDonald’s! Food far below substandard. Ordered a double quarter pounder which had two sweaty greasy burgers on a tiny bun, looked like a value burger but far more expensive! Tables, floors and toilets filthy! No napkins out, I went to the counter to ask for a napkin and they said there weren’t any! Staff moody and rude. Avoid, they’re not interested in customer service or quality!!
Terrible service. Made a mess of my order. lady called Maddison or Maggie asked me to take it back and when I did kept me waiting for over 20 mins. Then they only changed the items they got wrong meaning most of it was cold. I dumped it on the bin on the way out. Really disappointed; won’t ever go there again.

McDonald’s Ormskirk have a new deal. Buy 1 Apple pie, pay for delivery and receive 0 Apple pie. I have received this deal 3 times. Then be told to sort the problem yourself by contacting the delivery company for your refund , who have nothing to do with packing your order!!! Amazing
Don’t order from here!! If you get your food you’ll only get half and what you will get will be raw and chips stale and cold!! It’s completely inedible go to a different maccies staff at this one must be useless and don’t care about Customer quality
Absolutely awful, ordered on the screens, order didn't show up, went to the till was asked to wait a few more mins, still didn't appear, had to re order 20 mins later at the till, then both orders appeared, over 30 mins waiting, absolute shambles!
Once again, the food was absolutely terrible. Despite giving it another chance, the burger and fries were cold, which made for a disappointing meal. The restaurant really needs to work on serving hot food.

Shockingly bad , worse mcdonalds than skem and thats saying something. Kids running around abusing staff and other customers. Always something missing from my order. Sort it out.
My food was handled by their hands and some food wrappers were left on the floor. The hygiene was very poor, and I observed a girl wearing a sweaty cast while handling food.
