I came through the drive-thru tonight to get me and my husband dinner. Spent $31 on two meals and two single chicken tenders. I drive home with it. One burger I asked for no pickles and it had pickle on it. The other cheeseburger didn't even have cheese. And the fries were very much undercooked. If I had not already gotten home I would have gone back and asked for my money back. I tried to call the store and no one answered. There isn't a link or anything to give a survey on the receipt. So this is the next best step. I'd like somebody to get in touch with me over this. For food that is so pricey it should be perfect. We haven't eaten here in at least a year because the prices keep going up....
This Milo?s is AWESOME!!! The customer service is amazing. Our food is always served hot and tastes great!!! It?s not thrown together like it is sometimes at other fast food places. Irene went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and weappreciate it very much!! Alabaster Milos truly cares about their customers and it shows.
The food was excellent, and although the drive-thru line was busy, we were able to get our order in just five minutes. The meal was served very hot and fresh, to the point where we had to wait a bit before eating it!
Been a long time since I had Milo's. Didn't realize that particular location was drive thru only. Was a little bummed about that. Nevertheless, the burgers and tea were as amazing as I remember them to be ????

They get the oder correct 33% of the time. Check your oder before you leave. Every time. These are the Idiots that think they are worth 15 bucks an hour. Ms irene is fricken awesome tho! Always fixes it
I've been a fan of Milo's for years, but I've noticed something different about the fries recently. Whatever has changed, I really hope you go back to the original recipe!
Most of the time it's pretty good during peak times. Today I went around 4 PM and the fries weren't very good.
Drive Thru was fast, food was hot and fresh. Loved the crinkle fries and chicken strips!
