If I could give it a zero I would. To start off, the price we paid for the evening food was ridiculous when seeing the food quality. The rice was hard, food was cold, and no dessert hardly on shelves. The stir fry section is cross contaminated. I’m vegetarian and I asked the guy to use a different scraper or wash it and he did not listen. Which is poor. Chocolate foundation was off with a bit of chocolate in a bowel. We have been various times which was ok but never again. We were here to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday I was not amused at the way the staff treated us for asking if they could sing him happy birthday I did email the manager later because of the attitude of the staff and was called back and offered one free meal on our next visit there is 4 of us so to get my free meal I will need to spend approx £70 plus drinks not really a great compensation I think the meal should have been half price next time and they should have offered to sing happy birthday to him like we had requested Maybe they need to hire some customers service specialist as this will impact on peoples decision to visit in the future Food was good But staff treat you like animals no...
Good food but felt undervalued as a guest. The venue is large and our group had organised a private karaoke room The room was dark and cold and didn’t have the atmosphere you’d have hoped for a function room. The private toilet off the room lacked any hand soap very poor On arrival I had to speak with 3 members of staff and none could comprehend that I had arranged as part of a party for a function room. Also when the karaoke Mike stopped working no staff wanted to take ownership to sort it out. It’s frustrating when all you want to do is enjoy yourself not chase around trying to sort things out. Just reading the reviews I thought we must be at another place …a group of 6 ladies …it was packed so had to wait for a table ..of course drink over priced but there’s a water station if you just want a drink with your meal …we all thought it was really good a good selection we all enjoyed our food, yes we did think £22,99 exp for a Chinese buffet dearest we’ve ever paid , But we were out for a Saturday night …one thing that let it down were the toilets they were not not I won’t say on here, on the way out I said we’d enjoyed our meal, and told the lady on the till about the toilets, she’s said so many people, but she would see to it …hope she did Would we go again ..yes we would

A party of 4 women who had never been here before. We went on spec after a matinee performance at the hippodrome. One of our party was in a wheelchair so when we approached and asked if there was a lift although there wasn't a public lift , the friendly doorman arranged to meet us at a back entrance to use the staff lift. The staff were very accomadting in taking my mums wheelchair away once we were seated. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the night. We all felt well catered for enjoyed including vegetarian and dairy free and meat eaters. There was an issue with a bubble tea which was immediately seen to. We all felt the price was good and left very happy customers
Ten of us had prebooked a table for the Saturday evening. Instead of having a table on the main floor we had to go downstairs yet the food was still on the floor above. Really inconvenient. The food was plentiful but, considering this was Chinese, very bland. Worse for my fish allergic wife, fish and non fish dishes were next to one another in the serving area with cross contamination a real possibility. And the noise was over whelming. Really sad and unenjoyable. We visited the place several months ago and it was fine then (mid week) and so we all were disappointed this time.
Reserved a table online for 20:00. Received numerous messages from the restaurant reminding us of the booking plus telling us the table was ours until 22:00. On arrival we were informed that we had to vacate the table by 21:00 after some discussion we were told that the table was ours until 21:30 what they didn’t tell us was that they would start removing the food just before 21:00 bizarrely starting with the deserts. Overall average food in an average restaurant, cannot comment on the deserts as we didn’t get any. Also a bit pricy at £21:99 per person.
The selection is not as high as described on the website and although the staff are very friendly, I wouldn't say the food is of great quality and the drinks are ridiculously small but everything is priced very high
