4 of us ate at 6:30pm and the restaurant was only half full, but we had to wait to order and then to be served drinks. We ordered wings as a starter which arrived after our main course. Service was slow all night. Not being able to pay cash was inconvenient. However, the worst of it was 2 of the 4 of us were violently ill that night. 1 had the spicy burger the other the patriot. We were on a short golf holiday and the 2 people that were ill had their trip spoiled by this. We won’t be back.
Definitely worth a visit meat is always fresh good looking and tasty but at a reasonable price too! We'll worth a visit recommend stroganoff burgers, if that's not your thing g go for a nice sirloin steak or I'd your after cold meat try the roast beef or their award winning steak pies! Ps. After this review I had to go buy a pie from them and many other things! As always enjoyed!
Service was incredibly friendly and respectful. Needless to say, huge selection of beers. I got to try a few before deciding, and also won a free dessert because of a game of rock, scissors, paper. Very lovely employees! Went in looking for a steak for my boyfriend and was a bit confused being a vegan but they advised me on the cut and even told me how to cook it! It was a very good price and my boyfriend said it was the best steak he had, could not recommended this place enough
