Came here with a group of 5 people after looking for a place to have a nice dinner near Fullerton. We ordered the Premium Bossam and the LA Grilled Cheese Pork Ribs and they are both delicious! The service at this location was top-tier as our table had 3 buttons and the servers immediately came to our table when we pressed a button. In addition, they offer free unlimited banchan! The Premium Bossam was my favorite out of the 2 orders that we got. Came here with a friend for lunch on a Saturday right when the restaurant opened for the day. We ordered the garlic bossam to share, and it came out after about 15 minutes or so. This was our first time trying bossam, and we both thought it was delicious! I loved experimenting with different combos of the ingredients for each wrap I made, and no matter what I did, each bite was still soooo good. I wish I could say something positive about the service, but unfortunately, my friends and I had a disappointing experience. We arrived for our reservation at 8:00 PM and waited 45 minutes for a table. After we finally got seated, we ordered the premium boom but didn’t receive our food until we had to call the waiter to inquire about it. Throughout our time there, no one checked in on us. When we asked about our order, they informed us it would take another 5-6 minutes, which was frustrating. Service/Wait: came here on a Wednesday night around 6pm and there was no wait at all good service! Just have to ring the button if you need anything but they are quick to respond you have to order what you want before being seated All Star Bossam Combo: if youre going to get any bossam for a group of 2 3 I reccomend upgrading to the all star! It comes with an addition of pork jowl which was very tender and soft this comes with rice but only upon request. We werent informed of this at all unless we asked but it comes with 3 portions of rice. Things to note: refill on lettuce is now an extra charge sides are still refillable for no charge

My boyfriend and I love coming here with friends for bossam. This is definitely our go-to place every time we crave bossam and we have never been disappointed each time we came. The premium bossam combo features 3 flavors of steamed pork belly (original,garlic green onion) with meaty cuts of jowl. ???????????? This combo is plenty to share for 4 people. Lettuce and banchan(side dishes) are also provided to make lettuce wraps. We like that Mister Bossam also has outdoor patio seating.
Service 10/10. We were welcome and are sitting right away. The staff has always consistently checked us. LA grilled cheese pork ribs 9/10. (They turn it into fried rice with the rest.) Budae kimchi hot pot 9/10. Classic Korean army soup is always good on a cold rainy day. buckwheat noodles in radish water 8/10. Great appetizer to share before the spicy and savory train arrives. Free pages: Mac salad, bean sprouts, Kimchi. occupancy: 40% full on Tuesday night.
this place has bad service. told us to sit outside even though there empty tables inside to put together for our party of 8. nope they told us to sit outside in the cold night at their patio. the heater they had was weak and they did not bother tocrank up more heaters that were sitting dormant in their re staurant. pathetic. charged us $2 for extra lettuce to eat withbossam. i dont think any other places do that.
Excellent platters! One had three cuts of pork belly, the other had pork covered with cheese with steamed eggs, cut hot-dogs and pasta. Towards the end of the meal our server created a delicious toasted fried-rice from the left-over items of our cheesy porkplatter. Exceptional food and experience!
