Mod Pizza is a fantastic restaurant with delicious pizza and friendly staff, except for one woman in her late 20s working at the oven. She was very rude to a Grubhub driver while I was waiting for my order. The driver was polite and simply asked about his delivery, but her response was surprisingly offensive. Delivery drivers play a vital role in our experience and deserve to be treated respectfully. Management should keep an eye on their team to ensure everyone is treated with kindness and respect.
