The place was doing a roaring trade with what looked like regular customers (always a good sign), but the service suffered as a result.
The quick coffee took quite a while to arrive, but with came with a suitable apology, friendly staff and a smiley face on the lid - so how grumpy can you be about anything!
The coffee was not the best, but definitely drinkable.
Not sure if I would go out of my way to eat there - though some of the cakes looked quite tasty, but would drop in again given the meagre company around it.
Closer to the council offices and library than the bustle of the mall, this café is a local's secret. It is neither flashy nor particularly on-trend but feels like returning home after a trip away. It's cosy atmosphere, robust menu and warm, friendly staff run rings around the sterile and fast-paced mall cafés. And with a particular talent for coffee art or cute coffee-related phrases on your takeaway lid, once tried you'll keep coming back. It feels like a coffee and a hug wrapped in one.
Definitely a unique cafe and as the name suggests, you can certainly create some memorable moments here. The interior decor is nothing like I have seen in Perth and opens the door for creativity and an expression of the cafe itself. The coffee was good, but a little too much foam for a flat white I ordered. The pancakes were small but presented nicely and had the perfect balance of ingredients. I recommend this place!
Breakfast there again yesterday! Food was divine! Staff are always friendly and food is cooked/ served quickly. We stayed approx an hour and every minute of it was ???? Absolutely faultless.

If you are in to coffee art than you may find this place pleasing.. Otherwise menu, food and service is sub par.. Would not return even if they drew the Eiffel Tower on my coffee.
We love this place. Quick, easy, cheap, casual meals. Always fresh and the staff are awesome. Great local to have NOR. Both Lunch and Breakfast are awesome here!
Always super friendly service and yummy food and drinks, their coffee art is especially cute! Highly recommended but cafe is fairly small so places fill up fast.
Very average cafe. I ordered the bacon and egg muffin and i wish I just drove through McDonald's drive through. This is a moment in my life I don't wanna relive

I absolutely love moments cafe. My mum and me have become regulars, the coffees are so cute and the breakfast is delicious. Best breakfast spot in Joondalup.
