I've had a few positive experiences at Mondo Marketplace, but unfortunately, last night was not one of them. I took some friends to Stanley Marketplace, and we decided to have dinner at Mondo. Unfortunately, the staff member taking our order made several rude comments, and I later found out he’s the owner. The food was overpriced and genuinely disappointing. The meatballs were tough and nearly inedible, the sauce was overly salty, and my friend's pasta was overcooked and lacked flavor. I don’t plan on returning to Mondo Marketplace, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
So the soup of the day is different every day and I don't think there is a way to tell what it is unless you go there and look at their board, but the Cheesy Turkey and Mushroom soup today was SO good. It was spicy like white chicken chili but with turkey and sliced mushrooms. Their soups are usually pretty good and interesting.Vegetarian options: The make-your-own pasta bowl can be vegetarian if you'd like.
Delicious sandwiches and great side dishes make this a reliable lunch destination. The beet salad stands out as especially tasty. My only suggestion would be that in-person orders can take quite a while during the lunch rush—expect around 20-30 minutes. It's not a significant issue, but since it's primarily a to-go place, the wait is a bit longer than I anticipated.
Got the crispy chicken and probably some of the freshest ingredients ever. All the herbs and tomatoes in the marinara are garden fresh. The selection of fresh marketplace ingredients is also great if you like cooking yourself and if not, there are good local made snacks and drinks. If not for the taste, the variety of things makes this place worth a visit.

I had a party in Hawaii and needed a board.... they packed it up and made a beautiful charcuterie plate that I chilled. It was a hit.Fresh pasta, sauce, sandwiches and 5 star service. I love this place, they're really good.
So many gluten free options! I came in on Tuesday so it’s ALL DAY happy hour, which is BOGO grilled tacos (doesn’t include steak). I got the fried shrimp appetizer (GF).. that was good, but not on the happy hour.
I want to express my gratitude to the entire Mondo Market staff, especially Manuel, Andres, Nick, and Neytan. The service was excellent, and the dishes were delicious. I truly love Mondo Market!
They have a 2 dog policy, but the owner allowed our well behaved dog in be6of the heat. BravoThe cocktail offerings were great. Recommend the Comida Coin.The food was wonderful.

The pastrami is as dry as beef jerky, and for the price you pay, the portion size is ridiculous—more suitable for a toddler. Totally disappointing.
I got the chicken sandwich and it was surprisingly really good! My man got the Ruben and he said is was one of the bests he’s had in a while!
