The fantastic team at Moo Moo's—Tony (the owner), Angelica (the bartender), and Giaocchino (the chef)—prepared delicious meals for my sister and me to enjoy. They even lent me silverware, which I made sure to return each night while I relaxed with a digestivo after a long day. We had a very disappointing dining experience. The service was incredibly slow, and it felt as though we were completely ignored when we tried to place our order. An Albanian family seated next to us caught the server's attention, who immediately switched to their native language, leaving us feeling overlooked. We had been waiting for about 15-20 minutes before them, yet they received their orders and food well ahead of us. My husband was unhappy with his steak, while my chicken was tough, tasted stale, and had the unmistakable flavor of being microwaved. The only bright spot came when the staff surprised my husband with a birthday song, but overall, we cannot see ourselves returning.
