Excellent seafood in a stunning location on the water. No point there. Unfortunately, the staff did not have real knowledge about the menu, could not comment on the wines, forgot a simple request, offer no dessert and let us with a long time without explanation. Our foursome had been in Hobart for three days, and this was a comparative low point. Now we are not valuable, rude or demanding. It is not the fault of the employees - they smile and try it. If the affluent owners have intensively invested some of their profits in a high level, the high prices could be justified here. We will leave Mures next time.

We stayed here with our 2-year-old for a late lunch. Fortunately, he was on his best behavior, and the restaurant was almost empty at this time.

I pretty love this restaurant. Fresh seafood! The waiters recommended us good wine & beers and their homemade cider. As the title mentioned, I visited this restaurant twice within 3 days. Why? Because I travelled in Tasmania. I can't tell when I will be able to go back to Tasmania again.I recommend this restaurant.
As opposed to Mures Upper Deck (the upstairs fine dining option), Mures Lower Deck provides the same quality seafood in a more laid back, personable atmosphere. Always a good stopping place, and if you have kids, a great place to take them for lunch or dinner.
We started with Oysters and then had the Seafood Laksa and Wild Fish & Chips - delicious! The service was good, restaurant was a little quiet but we got there quite early. Would definitely go back again.
Great food, very polite waiter! The natural and mures-style oysters are delicious. And the half-hammer is delicious! The upper deck and the lower path has totally different to cook, I suggest to try both.

Had breakfast here two days ago. Great location on the water. Food was good and service quick and prices god also. Big location so plenty of room also
The service at Mures Lower Deck is always friendly and professional! great location (of course!) and the best seafood (for sure!)
