Me and my partner visited this restaurant while having a one-day trip in mesmerizing St. Andrews. We ordered a sunset burger and of a chicken with garlic bread, rice, and peri-peri fries. The burger was very good yet not outstanding. For those who like...it spicy, I suggest to choose either hot or extra hot spice. The medium spice was relatively mild and didn't feel like it was spicy at all. The addition of a chutney definitely made it tastier. The of chicken was quite juicy and very fresh and tender. We went in on a Monday afternoon around It was extremely quiet, possibly only another couple dining. Place is warm and welcoming. We had a horseshoe shaped seating area. The seating could have been cleaner.... Bits of debris left.... But, this was a minor gripe. Plenty condiments to choose from, prompt and pleasant service. Ordering is done through q codes.... Luckily my teenage children were there to order...food was lovely. Fresh and hot and portions very good. We have a yearly visit to St Andrews and always treat ourselves to a Nandos. Reasonably priced too. Staff all very polite and pleasant too. A nice experience.
The food at this restaurant was excellent - hot, delicious, and served quickly and generously. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by a disruptive customer named Karen who shouted and verbally abused the waitress, arrogantly claiming to be a chef and criticizing her work. It would be best for the restaurant to remove customers like Karen in the future to avoid unnecessary trouble and maintain a pleasant dining environment.
I was pleased to be able to get a table immediately. Friendly helpful staff. I was amazed how spacious the restaurant was judging from the size of the shop front. A good selection of food and drinks on the menu. We were promptly served and the food was hot and tasty. Wheelchair accessible and a disabled person toilet.

Great food as always and staff really pleasant but what got this place stars was the way they are dealing with the latest covid restrictions. They have a virtual queue' where you scan into the q and they let you know when your table is ready. Meanwhile ypu can shop or whatever Once in its full table service.
I was so impressed with how proactive the staff and manager were in understanding my nut allergy and explaining how they could accommodate my needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my tasty meal and it was served lovely and hot. The building is interesting and spacious for...social distancing. We will be back!
