As soon as I walked into the restaurant, it appeared similar to any other CiCi's location. The greeter was amazing and friendly, which was the only positive aspect worth mentioning, earning it a one-star rating.

We drove up from Newark, OH just to eat at CiCi's and we were not disappointed. The pizzas were constantly being refilled and everything was served hot.
Cici's is a unique dining experience, as there are no other pizza buffets quite like it.
