The vegetarian breakfast burrito at Nations was fantastic. I originally planned to order a harvester, but when I saw the new breakfast burritos on the menu, I decided to try one. I was impressed by the variety of options that Nations offered for customizing the burrito. The only issue was that I requested packets of ketchup, but they ended up putting ketchup all over the burrito, which I had to soak up with napkins. However, they got the salsa on the side correct. I have been going to Nations since I was a child and wanted to take my son for breakfast today. He enjoys scrambled eggs. However, what was served to us was not scrambled eggs in the traditional sense. It didn't match the usual standards of Nations. I was surprised at the subpar quality of the scrambled eggs served for my son's breakfast, considering how quickly one can make a scrambled egg.
The vegetarian Harvester Burger is the best vegetarian patty I've ever had! And for those of you who love it but don't want a lot of carbs, you can now order it without the bun. Another alternative is to order the Harvester wrap.
The food tasted terrible. The burger tasted like it had been sitting out for hours the French fries were soggy the Burger wasn't well done the vegetables were wilted.. Worse nation cheeseburger I have ever had my entire life.

I am embarrassed to admit how often I order the BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO sandwich, but it is hands down the BEST in the area. It is super consistent, fresh, and delicious with perfect bacon every time. The fries are also good!

I got to say this, this maybe my favorite CHEESEBURGER of all time, perfectly cooked and very delicious. Definitely coming back.
