Nice people especially the owner. But it's so strange that they close randomly during normal business hours for store upgrades all the time and they've been waiting over a year to get a proper credit card machine. They also didn't have their phone line properly set up and never answer the phone when it is. It just seems like not a very well-run business. I'm giving it three stars because I try to come here all the time after I train to you have a smoothie and they are half the time not open or they don't answer the phone so I have to wait when I get there to get my food.
Always friendly, fast service Owner seems to know everyone what their preferences are genuinely enjoy helping make sure all customers are happy with their order. Vinny made me a customized green juice that was out of this world . Thx for keeping us locals healthy refreshed! Thumbs Up!-Levi
Excellent service! This is the best experience I've had at Nekter. The gentleman at the front, whom I believe is the owner, made sure that I was satisfied with the flavor combinations. He took the initiative to check whether I wanted more ginger or lemon, and his suggestion was perfect.
Popped in on 19Oct21- surprisingly no one in store. My sister and I were warmly greeted and our items were prepared promptly and deliciously. Team member was polite, knowledgeable. He exceeded my every customer service expectation. I love the Hermosa location.

HANDS DOWN my favorite nekter juice bar. There is actually one closer to me but I prefer this one. Owner and staff are awesome!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable to help you get the right order for you. Good people make the difference!!
I used to really enjoy this location, but they're hardly ever open anymore. I visited twice in the last two days during their stated business hours, and both times they were closed. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Arrived and the door was closed and number wasn't working. Says it closes at 4pm yet it's 11:30am. Bummer! Should update their site so people don't waste their time driving down.
I absolutely love Nekter! It's my favorite juice bar by far. The service is outstanding, and I really enjoy the snacks. My top choice is definitely the Toxin Flush!
