The quality at this restaurant can be quite inconsistent. Their Bun Bo Hue is usually quite good, but yesterday, I was left disappointed. First, the soup lacked freshness and had an unpleasant smell. Second, there was no beef in any of the three bowls I ordered; it seemed like they either forgot to add it or intentionally left it out. Although the soup contained congealed pig's blood and pig knuckles, it definitely missed the beef that’s normally included. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I think I’ll steer clear of this place, at least when it comes to their Bun Bo Hue, for a bit. I dined at this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon, and found it to be relatively empty. The chicken pho was outstanding! I loved the deep flavor of the broth, and I observed that they use a slightly wider noodle in the chicken pho than in the beef pho. I also sampled the Cornish hen dish, which was fried to perfection and incredibly crispy.
We arrived as soon as they opened on Sunday morning. The service was fairly basic. The banh xeo and pho were brought to our table in under five minutes. The banh xeo was light and fluffy, although it wasn't crispy. The pho broth was rich in flavor, and the portion of meat was perfect.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! The food was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of meats that left me completely satisfied. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I'm already looking forward to my next visit—count me among the loyal customers!

I really enjoyed the soup I had, which was beef and shrimp. The host, Meggie, was incredibly sweet and attentive. I highly recommend this place! You should definitely come here if you're in the area; I traveled all the way from Moreno Valley, CA.

I was in the area today and decided to try this pho restaurant. I ordered the large #1 combo pho, and it had a fantastic flavor at a reasonable price. I will definitely return soon!
