Just want to say, my wife I didn't have a great experience. But since Thea gave a 5 star effort and handled the bad experience with such professionalism that we were willing to give this establishment another chance. I'm a private chef and recognized the hard work she puts in to make a good memory for customers even though I can see she was overwhelmed with so much work being held by only herself. Give this girl a Raise or advance her to management. Well deserved. And because of how she handled our order we will be back as regulars.
This location is regularly closed at weird times and their staff sucks. When i finally did catch them open their employee cancelled my online order without my consent because they didnt have the flavor in stock. So instead of ice cream for my kids I lent them my last 20 bucks for the 3 days it takes to process a return. If you want a place that you can pay money and recieve ice cream, these are not your guys Food: 1
I wouldn’t even bother coming here. The service is always super slow, if you go through the drive through you can expect 20-40 minute waits. The ice cream cost has risen significantly with a large shake now being $11. They’ll fill it about 70% and fill the rest with whipped cream. It’s just all gone down hill. visited through drive thru around 7 pm. whoever took our order was definitely on something, ordered a cappuccino and got an ICE COLD and BLAND coffee. for 6 bucks ? ain’t nothing special about that specialty drink. don’t bother coming here, should’ve just went to starbucks or dunkin.
