After a horrible experience at Cheesecake Factory not receiving a refill, or a visit from our waitress, or even the appetizer we had ordered for a full 45 minutes we left seeing most of the kitchen staff outdoors smoking, we came to Olive Garden. My hubby was very doubtful at this point of anything going well.
