First, they forgot to include the tobiko I ordered, so I went back to the counter and they gave me a scoop of green tobiko, which I’d never seen before. When I asked about it, they said, “Oh, it comes in green sometimes.” As I started to eat, I tasted wasabi, which I really dislike, but I thought it might have accidentally gotten on my rice or something. After doing a bit of research, I learned that green tobiko is flavored with wasabi; the red is flavored with beet juice, and the black with squid ink. My husband ordered lunch for us on the way to take our son to a tennis lesson. He called ahead to confirm the order. Ono Poke said they had not received the order yet, so my husband read them off the order details and they promised to prepare it and provide us our order as long as he showed a receipt. When we got there, Ono Poke had changed their minds and refused to prepare our order. My husband showed them the order receipt which listed the date and time and store location and specific items in the order and amount paid. They refused. They said we had to call DoorDash to cancel the order and re-order it in-store or ask DoorDash to re-send the order. Technology is imperfect. Decent customer...
We ate here with our son's family recently. I was impressed that both his kids liked the food, they picked out simple things for their bowls, but ate them like they were candy. I went with an Ahi Tuna bowl that was just super. I added seaweed, which is something that I just love. You pick a protean and then get unlimited toppings, sauces, etc. on top of that. The regular bowl was just right for each of us. The rice was nicely done. The meats were fresh and high quality. They give generous portions too. Wow! This place is incredible! The poke bowls are so fresh and bursting with flavor. The staff is not only friendly but also really welcoming and helpful. Honestly, these are the best poke bowls I've ever tasted! I even managed to get my husband, who is quite picky, to love them too. Thank you, Ono Poke! Their food was great. When we ordered, we were able to build our own bowls or choose from 4 suggested bowls. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our food but it was so fresh and delicious! It?s also nice because all the meat (and tofu) is standard so you only pay for the size of the bowl. Their ahi tuna was good. My wife and I are definitely going to go back.
Although I'm not a fan of raw fish, I really enjoyed the glazed chicken served with a variety of delicious toppings on a bed of mixed greens. I gave it four stars instead of five due to the pricing; while I think $12 for salmon or tuna is reasonable, the chicken could perhaps be priced a dollar lower since it's a more common ingredient. Just a thought!
edit: i guess that full refund was too good to be true. i emailed twice, never received so much as a response. so, needless to say, i won 't be giving any more business! you shouldn 't promise something to your customer you won 't deliver on.the food was good... until i got to the end. there was a fly on a bit of my lettuce (photos below)
The poké bowls are delicious! I didn't have to wait long for my food. As you can see in the photo, they loaded up my bowl with seafood and plenty of sauce. Tastes fresh. Workers were friendly. It's a little cold in the restaurant. Food was excellent though.Parking: A little tough to find parking. Might need to walk a bit.

I enjoy the ability to make my own bowl. The food is delicious healthy (if you make it that way) and light. The bowls are delicious and highly recommended.
Always tastes fresh. My daughter and I stop in for French fries sometimes. Staff is kind and service is fast. Nice to chill place to hang for a bit.
