Orto Trading Co. - Table reservation

I come here probably twice a day when I’m in the office. Polenta fries are an unusual and tasty snack for two. The southern fried chicken benny is delectable and you can’t go past the gnocchi. The coffee is excellent as is the barista (on the left). Add friendly staff and you end up with a relaxed alfresco dining experience run by its owner (on the right) which sees well know Australian personalities drop in from time to time.

I caught up with an old colleague for a late lunch earlier this week at Orto. We just stuck with the lunch menu: I had the Tagliatelle Bolognese Ragu, while my friend opted for the Linguini Prawns. Both were simply perfect. The service professional and very friendly. Orto always delivers. Highly recommend it for both breakfast and lunch.

Had a quick business lunch at Orto and all in all a good experience Service is quick and pleasant, the food is good and a decent selection of wines by the glass We all had the special gnocchi that was a large portion with a tasty olive tepenade underneath Gnocchi was a bit stodgy but very tasty

Visited on Sunday morning The service was quick, professional and spot on Had the best breakfast I've had in years Coffee was perfect too
