I ordered dinner for myself and my partner the other night, and when I got home and cut into my steak (which I had requested to be rare), I realized it was cooked well-done. I visited the restaurant today to explain what had happened, and they were incredibly kind, offering to prepare a new order of the same meal for me. I just finished it, and this time the steak was rare, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. I've dined at this location several times before, and it has always been outstanding with everything cooked to perfection. This was the first time something was off, but their customer service truly stood out, and they made it right! I will definitely keep coming back to this lo...
I am a big fan of their filet steaks; they're so tender that they almost melt in your mouth! While I usually go to LongHorn, I believe the flavor of the filet at Outback is superior. The service here is fantastic, and I have no complaints! I returned again tonight since the hotel is right next door. This time I tried the prime rib quesadillas, but I was quite disappointed. The meat didn't have a taste that appealed to me, and it had a bit of gristle. However, since it's a steakhouse, I'll definitely be sticking with my favorite filets from now on.
I ordered the Outbacker Burger, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. After a few bites, I noticed an unusual taste that only got worse as I continued eating. When I opened up the burger to see what was causing the flavor issue, I found mustard slathered everywhere. I was aware that mustard was included, but it seemed like the cooks really overdid it. While the patty was well-seasoned, that excess mustard completely overshadowed it. On a positive note, the server who took my order was friendly and helpful.
I hadn?t been to an Outback in probably over a decade, but we went after church with some out of town guests, and it was so good! We had a group of 7 and all of our orders came out correctly and in a timely manner. Our hostess and waitress were politeand informative, it was very much appreciated! The restaurant itself was clean and easily navigated/organized, even therestrooms. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly portioned. We will be going back? and it won?t take us a decade to doso!

I added an extra star just for the exceptional Old Fashioned I finally received. However, the wait for everything else was outrageous. I understand it can get busy, but the food was disappointing, and the table was in such bad condition that I had to request it be cleaned. Some of us didn't even get the dishes we ordered, and for a steakhouse, they seemed confused about the difference between well done and rare. And what's up with the sweet potato?
The steak was outstanding—rich, juicy, and exceptionally tender! The chicken was slightly bland, but a sprinkle of lemon pepper really enhanced its flavor. The chili was exactly what you’d expect from a traditional chili dish. The potato soup was incredibly delicious, and the Aussie fries topped with cheese and bacon were pretty good. The tea served was the typical East Coast style, which was essentially just sweetened water!
We went to Outback for lunch today to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. We had a great server named Nikita. She was very friendly and pleasant. All of our drinks and food came out great. My husband and I appreciated the afternoon meal and greatservice! ????
Our family loves to eat out once a week, and Outback is definitely one of our favorite spots. The staff is friendly and frequently checks in to make sure everything is to our liking. The food is always delicious, and the drinks for adults are excellent too.
